Case 6: WB3092 - Sam, a 31-year-old man complaining of a painful blister on his penis.


Goal: To improve health care providers' ability to recognize, diagnose and treat STD.

Objectives:
  1. Identify the common presenting symptoms of persons with the STD identified in the case.
  2. Describe the epidemiology of this STD in the United States.
  3. Describe differences between genital herpes and other causes of genital ulcer disease.
