Continuing Education Credits
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Institute for Medical Quality and the California Medical Association's CME Accreditation Standards (IMQ/CMA) through the Joint Sponsorship of the California STD/HIV Prevention Training Center and Center for Health Training (CHT). CHT is accredited by IMQ/CMA for issuing AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM for physicians. Center for Health Training designates this educational activity for a maximum of 2 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM. Physicians should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 02604 for 2.4 contact hours. Expires January 31, 2009.
After you complete the course, you will be required to take an exam. A score of at least 80% correct answers is required for continuing professional education credit. After answering evaluation questions, you will be notified of your final score on the exam. If the score is 80% or higher, you will have the option to print a certificate of credit. If the score is less than 80%, you may retake the exam.
